As the year has unfolded this project taught me a great deal about the limitless nature of personal healing and illumination.  It's also gifted me with some wonderful new friends and an ongoing source of inspiration that's the very best part of an authentic creative community.  Although I've been keeping written journals since I was in grammar school this is the first time I've pushed myself to express what I think and feel in a purely visual sense.  My journaling theme is A Contrary Path.   The individual pages are  7 x 7 inch art quilts.   I'm planning to assemble them as a scroll.
